Mandi cloudburst death toll rises to 13; 29 still missing

The destruction started on Tuesday, when ten cloudbursts, three flash floods, and a landslide struck different parts of Mandi district. The worst-hit areas were Gohar, Thunag, and Karsog. So far, seven bodies have been found in Gohar, five in Thunag, and one in Karsog.
