Marco Rubio extends Losar greetings, announces Tibet coordinator

The Central Tibetan Administration thanked the US leadership for the decision. It further added that it hoped the appointment would strengthen efforts to protect Tibetan religious, cultural and linguistic identity and encourage dialogue on Tibet.
