Meghalaya to begin ₹772.96 crore township water project

The Meghalaya government is set to begin a Rs 772.96-crore New Shillong Township Water Supply Scheme after revising its earlier estimate, following dam relocation, design changes and additional infrastructure requirements aimed at ensuring long-term potable water supply to surrounding areas.
