CIC puts RTI disclosure on hold, cites SC proceedings

The Central Information Commission has stayed disclosure of bank inspection reports, NPAs and penalties under the RTI Act, pending a Supreme Court hearing on petitions challenging the landmark Jayantilal N Mistry ruling.
