Kishtwar cloudburst: Omar cancels cultural events on I-Day

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has cancelled the 'At Home' tea party and cultural programmes planned for Independence Day on Friday after a deadly cloudburst in Kishtwar district.
