Teach collectors to apply NSA without pressure: MP HC

The Madhya Pradesh High Court directed the state chief secretary to clarify the use of the National Security Act (NSA) to district collectors. It quashed the Burhanpur collector’s externment order against Anant Ram Awase, fined the state government for acting under political pressure without justification.
