Hard to get accurate data on vehicle emissions: Study

A study utilising non-intrusive remote sensing technology to measure the emissions of on-road vehicles found CNG vehicles emitted high levels of nitrogen oxide (NOx) and vehicles meeting newer pollution norms emitting lower NOx than other vehicles, making it evident that it is crucial to focus on the actual emissions from vehicles on the road, not just their lab results.
