Canal belongs to Panama, no negotiations with US: Prez Mulino

Panama's President José Raúl Mulino has firmly dismissed any possibility of negotiating the Panama Canal's ownership with the United States, emphasising that the canal is under Panamanian control. This stance precedes U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio's forthcoming visit to Panama.
