Ajit Doval to visit Moscow to broker Russia-Ukraine peace

This comes after Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Russia (in July) and Ukraine (in August) where he held meetings with the Presidents of the two countries Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky, respectively.
