Snow, rain likely in Himachal on Dec 13–14

According to the State Meteorological Department, the upper areas of Chamba, Kinnaur, Kullu, and Lahaul-Spiti are likely to receive light snowfall and rain on these two days. The rest of the state, however, is expected to remain dry till December 17.
