He expressed disappointment over recent attacks on Kashmiri vendors outside the Union Territory and remarked, “Unlike other states in this country, I cannot tell my people to go outside and establish businesses, because some fringe elements are taking law and order into their own hands and assaulting Kashmiri people.”
