Sikkim cab drivers harassed at NJP, local crime suspected

Swaroj Timsina, president of the All Sikkim Voice of Chalak, the top drivers' association in Sikkim, reported that a driver from the state was harassed at NJP on Sunday while picking up a passenger from a hotel.
