Gorkhaland talks back as Centre interlocutor visits Darjeeling

Darjeeling hill leaders demanded the creation of Gorkhaland as a full-fledged state during talks with Centre-appointed interlocutor Pankaj Kumar Singh, saying that if statehood was not feasible, a Union Territory with full legislative powers must be considered.
