The contract, spanning five years, will see LTTS deliver cutting-edge engineering services to FORVIA, a significant player in the automotive industry.

In a statement to the exchanges, LTTS revealed that as part of this collaboration, around 300 engineers currently stationed at FORVIA’s sites in Germany and Bangalore will be seamlessly transitioned to LTTS.

This transition, boasting a remarkable 95 percent success rate, ensures the retention of crucial skills within these teams, which will now undertake internal combustion engine-related engineering activities under the LTTS umbrella.

Importantly, these engineers will continue to operate from their existing locations, facilitating a smooth continuation of services for FORVIA while enhancing collaboration for end customers across various digital product lifecycle management initiatives.

Through comprehensive training and reskilling programs, supported by the LTTS Global Engineering Academy, these professionals will be equipped to explore diverse fields within the LTTS network, thereby broadening their expertise and contributing to the company's multifaceted projects.

Amit Chadha, CEO and Managing Director of LTTS, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration with FORVIA, highlighting its significance in fortifying LTTS's position within the transportation and automotive sectors.
