Former Rajasthan Chief Minister and BJP leader Vasundhara Raje voiced confidence on Friday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would secure a third term at the Centre, citing public demand for development.
Raje's statement came after she cast her vote at a polling booth in Jhalawar.
Speaking to the media, she expressed assurance in the BJP's victory in the polls, attributing it to the nation's desire for development and predicting PM Modi's re-election.
Referring to her son Dushyant, who is contesting from Jhalawar for the fifth time, Raje stated, "MP Dushyant Singh has garnered significant support. I believe he will make history once again. However, we must not take anything for granted."
She emphasized that ultimate outcomes rested in the hands of both God and the voters.
Dushyant is facing off against Urmila Bhaya, wife of former state minister and Congress leader Pramod Jain Bhaya, in Jhalawar.
Raje shared a photo of herself displaying her inked finger, urging others to fulfill their civic duty, stating, "I have done my part, and now it's your turn to fulfill your duty."
