Evan Peters is “anxious” about the upcoming season 13 of “American Horror Story” (AHS).
Speaking at the New York City premiere of his new series, “The Beauty”, the 38-year-old actor admitted that he is "excited" but also "anxious" for what's in store when the series, a creation of Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, returns to television screens later this year.
"I think Ryan wants it to be a kind of greatest hits season," said Peters, who has featured in 10 out of 12 seasons of the show.
"He is bringing back all the alumni," Evan said of Murphy. The duo earlier worked together on “Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story”.

Notably, on Halloween last year, Ryan Murphy Productions' official Instagram handle announced that Peters would return to the show for its upcoming season, alongside other “AHS” regulars, including Sarah Paulson, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Gabourey Sidibe, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Leslie Grossman and Jessica Lange.
Actor-singer Ariana Grande, who earlier collaborated with Murphy and Falchuk for “Scream Queens”, will also be seen in the series.
“AHS”, which premiered in 2011, is an anthology series that tells a different story each season. Some of the stories are connected through characters who appear multiple times or through intertwining plots.
“American Horror Story” will return to the small screen this fall. “The Beauty” is slated to debut on FX and Hulu on Disney+ on January 21.
