Three months after revealing that she had relapsed during her sobriety journey, actress Natasha Lyonne gave her fans a happy health update.

In a post to social media on Thursday, the “Russian Doll” star expressed gratitude to those who have supported her, and said she was looking forward to sharing her experience while still maintaining a sense of privacy as she navigates her personal and professional life.

“Proud to report this kid is doing a whole lot better & back on her feet,” she wrote on X.

“Want to thank our recovery communities & the fans who stood by & were so supportive. Aiming to keep the journey somehow private, but look forward to sharing my experience, strength & hope as makes sense. My heart is with everyone ever going through it,” the 46-year-old added.

"I love movies," Lyonne said in February 2024, noting that they are "the only thing I really understand in this life."

"They've got everything I like: music and stories and images, and they'll break your heart, and make you laugh, and all the rest," she said ahead of hosting the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Scientific and Technical Awards (AMPAS Sci-Tech Awards).

The “Poker Face” star has earlier opened up about her love for vaping and how she had to let it go. "I'll be honest. It's the worst decision I ever made, Of course, my true and deep hope is that the technology will get there such that I'm able to smoke again consequence-free since it's one of the great loves of my life," Lyonne said in April 2023.

Referring to herself "as a destructive person,” Lyonne said by quitting smoking, she was “signing up for life completely."
