Two members of a family lost their lives, and four others sustained injuries after their car veered off a culvert and crashed into a tree while en route to the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj. The accident took place early Saturday morning in Chhattisgarh's Kondagaon district, police confirmed.
The tragic incident occurred around 6:45 am near Borgaon village, situated along National Highway-30 under the jurisdiction of the Farasgaon police station, an official stated.
According to preliminary investigations, a family traveling from Bengaluru was heading toward Prayagraj in two separate cars.
