The Haryana government has okayed an increase in Dearness Allowance (DA) for state employees drawing salaries under the 5th Pay Panel.
The DA has been raised from 466 per cent to 474 per cent of basic pay, effective July 1, 2025.
Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, who also holds the charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Finance, issued the order.
The enhanced DA will be paid with the November 2025 salary. Arrears for July to October 2025 will be released in December 2025.
According to an official statement, DA amounts with 50 paise or more will be rounded off to the next higher rupee, while amounts below 50 paise will be ignored.
