On a two-day visit to Punjab, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national coordinator Arvind Kejriwal, accompanied by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, will visit Jalandhar on Wednesday and inaugurate power transmission and distribution projects worth Rs 5,000 crore. The projects are aimed at strengthening the state’s power infrastructure and improving electricity supply.
He will also attend the “One India 2025 National Cultural Festival” at Lovely Professional University, where he will highlight the state’s commitment to promoting cultural unity and youth engagement.
On the second day of his visit, Kejriwal, along with Mann, will visit Bathinda and lay the foundation stone for 3,100 new world-class playgrounds across Punjab with a total investment of Rs 1,184 crore. These playgrounds aim to provide modern sports infrastructure for children and youth.
Later in the afternoon, Mann and Kejriwal will jointly launch the Entrepreneurship Mindset Course in Chandigarh, an initiative to encourage innovation and entrepreneurial skills among youngsters.
