Identified as Shinova, the woman seeks the court's declaration affirming her status as the biological daughter of actor-politician Ravi Kishan, allegedly born out of his relationship with Aparna Soni.
In her suit, Shinova implores the court to issue a permanent injunction restraining Kishan from denying her paternity.
She has petitioned the Bombay High Court to quash the First Information Report (FIR) filed against Soni and others in Uttar Pradesh.
The FIR was lodged in Lucknow under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) including 120B (criminal conspiracy), 195 (giving or fabricating false evidence), 386 (extortion), and 504 (intentional insult), following allegations made by Kishan's wife, Priti Shukla, three days ago.
This legal development follows Shinova's public declaration asserting Kishan's paternity, which prompted the filing of the FIR.
