Two of the showroom's executives were injured in the robbery.

Armed robbers broke into a Tanishq jewellery showroom in Arrah, Bihar, early Monday morning and stole jewellery worth ₹25 crore. The robbery took place at the Gopali Chowk branch in the Arrah police station area and was captured on CCTV cameras inside the store.

Showroom manager Kumar Mrityunjay said the robbers took gold chains, necklaces, bangles, and some diamonds along with cash. He also claimed that the police did not respond to their calls for help immediately. He criticised the authorities, saying the robbery happened in the morning, not late at night, and despite their repeated calls, the police failed to respond on time.

According to Kumar, at least eight robbers were involved in the heist. During the attack, two showroom employees were injured after the robbers hit them on the head with revolvers.  CCTV footage shows 8-9 robbers storming into the showroom, threatening the guards and staff before grabbing cash from the counter and stealing various pieces of jewellery.

A case has been registered, and the police have started investigating the robbery. So far, two people have been arrested in connection with the case.

Meanwhile, in a separate incident in Latur, Maharashtra, police arrested two men and detained a minor boy for multiple house burglaries.

Officers recovered gold jewellery, silver, and a bike worth Rs 4.65 lakh. The burglaries took place on February 18 and 21, when thieves broke into a house on Katpur Road and stole valuables, including gold ornaments, silver coins, and cash from an iron cupboard.

A case was registered under sections 331(3), 331(4), and 305 of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, and police launched an investigation into the burglaries.
