The Uttar Pradesh government has assigned district responsibilities to 60 ministers in a major administrative reshuffle aimed at strengthening governance at the grassroots level and accelerating the implementation of development schemes across the state.
According to the new arrangement, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak have not been allotted charge of any individual district. The state leadership will instead focus on monitoring all districts and overseeing governance and development work across Uttar Pradesh.

Minister Jaiveer Singh has been entrusted with Jhansi and Farrukhabad, while Dharampal Singh will supervise Ghaziabad and Rampur. Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi has been given charge of Mirzapur and Chitrakoot.
