Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami took a holy dip in the Triveni Sangam on Monday, along with his mother, wife, and son. He described the experience as emotional and divine, saying it would always remain in his heart.
Sharing his feelings on X, Dhami said, "I was fortunate to take a dip with my family in the sacred Triveni Sangam, where the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers meet, during Maha Kumbh-2025." He called it an "unforgettable moment" that gave him a deep sense of spiritual purity.
An official statement said Dhami also discussed preparations for the 2027 Kumbh in Haridwar. He assured that efforts were being made to make it as grand and well-organised as the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj. He promised all necessary facilities to ensure a divine experience for devotees.

Dhami highlighted the cultural and spiritual significance of Maha Kumbh, calling it a symbol of unity, integrity, and moral values that has connected millions with Sanatan Dharma for centuries.
In another post, Dhami shared a special moment of taking his mother for a dip in the Sangam. He said words could not express his emotions. "It was one of the most priceless and emotional moments of my life. It will always remain in my heart," he wrote.
He also reflected on the importance of a mother’s love, saying, "Vedas, scriptures, and Puranas teach that no one can ever repay a mother’s debt. Her love is infinite, her affection is immeasurable, and her blessings are endless."
