31 inmates booked over Kapurthala jail clash

According to Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala, Gaurav Toora, 31 inmates have been booked for rioting, arson, attempt to murder, obstructing public servants from duty, and criminal conspiracy. He added that the inmates have also been booked under relevant sections of the Information Technology Act and the Prisons Act.
