Haryana to launch digital employee monitoring system

As per the instructions, the existing ACR system will be gradually converted into a fully digital process. Department-wise new ACR formats will be prepared in which employees’ work, achievements, and performance will be recorded in a measurable and result-oriented manner to ensure objective evaluation.
