J’khand’s highest award to bear tribal leaders’ names: Soren

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced on Sunday that the state's highest award will be named 'Bhagwan Birsa Munda-Bhagwan Sido Kanho' and the decision will be made in the first cabinet meeting of the JMM-led government if voted to power.
