BJP will form next government in Punjab: Jakhar

He said voters have made up their minds to bring the BJP to power, arguing that a "double-engine government" with the same party ruling both the Centre and the state is needed to pull Punjab out of what he described as administrative and developmental stagnation under the AAP government.
