JK Congress slams LG over transfer of 48 JKAS officers

Mir pointed out that under the current framework, the transfer of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers falls under the jurisdiction of the chief minister, whereas Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers are transferred by the Lieutenant Governor.
