Haryana officer dies after jumping from sixth floor

The deceased has been identified as 58-year-old Ganesh Das Arora. He was serving as a special secretary at the Haryana Civil Secretariat and was attached to a senior IAS officer. The police recovered a suicide note from the spot. In the note, he stated that he was “under no pressure from either family or office” and did not blame anyone for his decision.
