Shimla to use QR codes to track dog vaccination status

This system ensures ward-wise digital records of vaccination and sterilisation for every dog, enabling transparency, accountability, and effective monitoring. The technology was formally inaugurated by Shimla Urban MLA, Harish Janartha, in the presence of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Municipal Corporation Shimla.
