Drug menace fuelled by neighbouring country: LG Sinha

Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday issued a strong warning over the rising drug menace, saying cross-border narco-terror networks are trying to destabilise society and target the youth.
