Foolproof security in place for Darbar Move convoy

The Darbar Move — the biannual shift of the Jammu and Kashmir Secretariat — is currently underway, with Secretariat employees and official records moving from Jammu to Srinagar. Offices in Jammu closed on April 30, and official functioning is scheduled to resume in Srinagar from May 4.
