Political rift delays Gurugram Deputy Mayor election

The election for the posts of Senior Deputy Mayor and Deputy Mayor in the Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG), which was set for August 11, has been postponed until further notice. MC Commissioner Pradeep Dahiya said the new date will be announced soon, citing administrative reasons.
