High alert in Ramban after car evades police checkpoint

According to officials, the vehicle was travelling from Srinagar towards Jammu when police personnel at the Chanderkote checkpoint signalled it to stop around 3:30 am. Instead of halting, the driver allegedly continued towards the Nashri side.
