Custodial torture case: IPS Nayak 'evasive' during questioning

Nayak, an IPS officer of the Bihar cadre, is being interrogated over the alleged torture of Krishnaraju during his detention at the CID regional office when the latter was serving as the MP from Narasapuram, Andhra Pradesh.
