Party high command to decide on Rajya Sabha poll: Karra

It is expected that the Congress, which has six MLAs in J&K, could seek one of the three “safe” seats. Sources said the party might field Ghulam Ahmad Mir, MLA from Dooru, who is already playing a role at the national level.
