J&K to remain mostly dry till Feb 24: MeT

Dry conditions are forecast from February 14 to 16, followed by a brief spell of rain and snowfall on February 17. From February 18 to 21, the weather is expected to stay mostly dry, with cloudy skies likely from February 22 to 24.
