NC-Cong alliance disrupted BJP plans in J&K: JKPCC's Karra

Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee JKPCC president Tariq Hamid Karra said on Thursday that the alliance between the congress and the national conference has disrupted the Bharatiya Janata party’s plans in the region.
