Punjab cop, aide held with narcotics, cash in Tarn Taran

Senior Superintendent of Police Surendra Lamba identified the accused as SI Sahib Singh, a resident of Majjupur in Tarn Taran, who is currently posted as the Investigating Officer (IO) at Khalra police station.
