Jammu ahead of Kashmir in reservation certificate data

Minister in-charge of Social Welfare Sakeena Itoo revealed that the main reason for rejection of issuance of certificates in the Kashmir Valley was failure to meet the asset criteria, and no proposal was under consideration to relax or amend the rules governing the process.
