Nargis Fakhri's sister charged with killing ex-boyfriend

Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri’s sister, Aliya Fakhri, has been apprehended in relation to the deaths of her former boyfriend, Edward Jacobs, and his friend, Anastasia Star Ettienne, due to a fire in Queens, New York.
