Palampur residents pay tributes to Kargil martyr, Capt Batra

On the eve of Captain Vikram Batra’s death anniversary, residents of Palampur came together in solemn remembrance to honour Kargil war hero and brave son from the state, whose bravery during the 1999 war continues to inspire the nation.
