Rohtak uses mirrors to discourage public urination, littering

Municipal Commissioner Narendra Kumar said the idea is based on behavioural psychology. He explained that people are less likely to engage in such activities when they see their own reflection. The mirror is expected to act as a reminder and encourage people to use the nearby toilet instead.
