Prime Minister Narendra Modi will commence on a two-day tour of Sikkim, West Bengal, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh on Thursday, inaugurating health, infrastructure and energy projects while also marking Sikkim’s 50th year of statehood with cultural events, commemorative releases and development initiatives under the “Sunaulo, Samriddha and Samarth” theme.
