Assam teenager kills two minor stepbrothers over neglect

A teenager has been arrested for the murder of his two minor stepbrothers in Assam’s Udalguri district. Gaurav and Kaushik were found with their throats slit after going missing on December 20. Police suspect neglect and depression as possible motives behind the killings.
