This election saw Benin, Bolivia, Colombia, Cyprus, Czechia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Gambia, Iceland, Kenya, Marshall Islands, Mexico, North Macedonia, Qatar, Republic of Korea, Spain, Switzerland, and Thailand secure their positions through a secret ballot held on Wednesday. These countries will start their three-year terms on January 1, 2025, replacing members whose terms are due to expire by the end of 2024.
