Yamunotri Highway blocked by debris; schools to remain shut

The highway was obstructed once again when debris entered the Tharalibagar market in Narayanbagar; the BRO cleared the debris and reopened the road on Monday morning. Debris washed down by the rain entered several shops, and some also reached the government ration warehouse.
