As per the complaint, nearly 2,500 to 3,000 supporters of Akali Dal (Waris Punjab De) gathered at Gaushala Chowk under the leadership of senior party members. Police alleged that the gathering blocked the road, disrupting traffic and causing inconvenience to commuters.
