Water supply partially restored after cloudbursts in Dehradun

The natural calamities claimed 31 lives, with three people still missing and four injured. The disasters also damaged houses, roads, and bridges in nine locations, including Sahasradhara, Shikhar Falls, Jharipani, and Maldevta.
